The ambassadors

Mission Saint-Vincent’s ambassadors are the brand’s three historic and emblematic cuvées. Available in supermarkets, the trio of ambassadors is made up of a red Bordeaux, a white Bordeaux and a rosé Bordeaux. These three cuvées highlight the values of the winegrowers who have produced them for several decades now. A guarantee of quality, solidarity and respect for the environment, Mission Saint-Vincent is an emblem.

This is why, since the 2018 vintage for the red and 2020 for the white and rosé, these cuvées have met the specifications for High Environmental Value level 3 (HVE3). This certification recognises the commitment of the winegrowers in the management of their vineyards and their respect for the environment.

Mission Saint-Vincent wines are accessible and easy-drinking cuvées. They offer a palette of infinite nuances. The richness, quality and diversity of these wines are based on the typical character of the terroirs, human experience and the art of blending. The grape varieties used bring out all the typical character of this unique Bordeaux terroir.

Each vintage is the result of working closely with the terroir, to offer a reliable style from one vintage to another, despite climate variations.

    Organic wines

    Mission Saint-Vincent’s organic cuvées are available in red Bordeaux, white Bordeaux and rosé Bordeaux. This selection of wines has been made from grapes that meet the requirements of organic regulations. The sulphur content is limited and the additives used comply with the list of authorised winemaking products.

    A natural approach

    Some winegrowers in the Mission Saint-Vincent community have chosen to cultivate their plots following the principles of organic farming, both in the vineyard and in the cellar.

    This approach concerns a well-defined number of plots. To qualify for this certification, winegrowers must meet specific requirements aimed at preserving the environment as much as possible, while offering consumers quality wine at an affordable price.

      Crémants

      Crémants de Bordeaux are white or rosé “sparkling” wines. Produced in the Bordeaux appellation area, they have met AOC (Appellation d’Origine Contrôlée) specifications since 1990. Benefiting from a mild maritime climate and good sunshine, the Mission Saint-Vincent Crémants de Bordeaux are made using the traditional method with two fermentations (link to the Crémant blog article).

      The pleasure of fizz

      Coming from the terroir of the Entre-Deux-Mers, Mission Saint-Vincent Crémants de Bordeaux are produced by a community of winegrowers with specialised expertise. 

      Specialists in the traditional method of vinification, these winegrowers offer the grape varieties of the Bordeaux vineyard for enjoyment on different occasions. The Merlot, Cabernet Franc and Sémillon grape varieties in particular are to be found in these exceptional cuvées.

        Formats

        Mission Saint-Vincent wines are available in various formats to accompany every different occasion. The 75 cl bottle format is suitable for traditional meals, while the half-bottle format is more suited to tasting in a small group. The Bag-in-box (BIB), meanwhile, is perfect for meals with a larger number of guests or for picnics.

        The Mission Saint-Vincent winegrowers wanted to meet the needs of the widest audience by offering various formats. In addition to adapting to the consumption occasion, choosing the right container avoids waste, by buying just the right amount of wine.

        The bottle (75cl) and the half-bottle (37.5 cl) are relatively common formats, while the Bag-in-Box is a different system. It has been specially designed to extend the shelf life of wines. The Mission Saint-Vincent winegrowers offer 3L and 2.25L formats.
